Pennsylvania Wing is commanded by Colonel Mark Lee with headquarters located at Fort Indiantown Gap National Guard Training Center in Annville, PA. 

The headquarters is staffed by a full-time Executive Director, an Administrative Assistant, an Accountant and a Wing Administrator.  The headquarters is normally staffed during regular business hours (0830 to 1700) and occasionally on weekends when missions requirements dictate.

The headquarters building (Building 3-108) is located at the intersection of Fisher Avenue and Lackawanna Street.  The office entrance during normal duty hours is adjacent to Fisher Avenue.

Staff Meetings: Wing Staff Meetings are held monthly at PAWG HQ on third Saturdays, beginning at 1300

CAP units wishing to utilize the training areas on Fort Indiantown Gap must contact Pennsylvania Wing Headquarters directly, not Fort Indiantown Gap.  If advanced notice is given, billets, mess, and range accommodations can usually be arranged.

CAP Officers that are conducting CAP related business on Fort Indiantown Gap are urged to report to PAWG Headquarters and call upon the Executive Director or another member of the HQ staff before attending to business.  The uniform for meeting with the Garrison Commander or the Training Site Commander is the Blue Service Dress or the Corporate equivalent.
