Presently a Lehigh County Technical Rescue Team Leader with supervisory training and experience including the following technician ratings: Trench Rescue Confined Space Rescue Structural collapse High Angle Rescue
I am a hazardous material technician certified by the Environmental Protection Agency and hold various Haz Mat instructor ratings.
I am a trained by and certified to instruct courses for each of the following organizations:
National Cave Rescue Council (NCRC) American Red Cross National Safety Council Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) PA State Fire Academy PA Dept. of Health International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF)
I developed and instructed several Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliant courses for both the private and public sector.
I deliver rescue courses as an adjunct instructor for four colleges.

Heather is certified to NFPA 1006 standards as a rope rescue technician. Heather is also an Expert Ranger, #203. |
