All
Attendees must be a current member of CIVIL AIR PATROL with a valid Membership
Card.
Completed CAPF 60
Complete all Safety and ORM training that National CAP
Requires you will need to sign in to
https://www.capnhq.gov/CAP.eServices.Web/eServices.aspx
on the left side click on online safety education
button.
All
members must submit a completed CAPF-31 for
each activity. Cadets under 18 must have signed parental permission.
PA Wing members already have Wing Commander and NER Commanders
authorization. Members from other Wings and Regions must have
authorization from their Wing and Region Commanders, this authorization
maybe electronic.

Weekend activities email CAPF-31 to
rangerstaff@yahoo.com or fax 888-528-1561. Do not mail to PA
Wing the event is not at that the PA Wing address. For the July Summer
School Application member must complete these on the National Special
Activities website.
Each member is
responsible for their own testing sheets (Ranger Grade and SQRT Worksheets)
you will need to print the SQRT Worksheets you are working on, kept
them with you at all times you, have your instructor sign the task you
complete with them.

My Operations Qualifications/National Reports then click emergency
services at the top.
