The Squadron Information Management System (SIMS) is a Microsoft Access database application that provides Civil Air Patrol units (squadron, group and wing) with a tool that will help better manage and administer various aspects of unit operations, including:

• Easily import NHQ records from CAPWATCH
• Personnel records administration
• Cadet and Senior program management
• Unit meetings
• CAPWATCH reporting
• Unit-level Emergency Services Training Tracking
• You may customize the interface with your own squadron patch
• You may easily import prior SIMS versions
• SIMS can be used in a networked environment. Please refer to the SIMS Users
• Guide for details on setting up SIMS in a networked or client/server environment.
